Imaging tips
- About 7′ × 5′: 3460–5770 mm on APS-C frames it in a field of roughly 15′.
- Surface brightness is 22.8 mag/arcsec², which is faint for a galaxy of its size.
- One imager collected 4 hours of luminance and 3 hours per colour channel; another recorded about 520 minutes of LRGB at f/7.2.
- Best around February and March; peaks near 69° altitude from 50°N.
